Get Strong and fit with sport specific training at The Town Athletics. Our coaches are certified in strength training and sport specific performance. Regardless of whether your goal is to compete at an elite level, or just be able to do one pull up, we’ll get you there. We also offer specific sessions for those over 50 looking to build strength and stay strong. If you’re looking for a fitness plan, we have a 12 week fitness program that will focus on your goals and get you fit and ready for all life’s endeavors.
