Our pre & postpartum strength and Pilates program is specifically designed to the unique needs of an athletic mom. We’re here for your birth journey and our instructors are well versed for pregnancy and postpartum. Through pregnancy we minimize issues like pelvic floor tension and low back pain while building confidence and strength to empower the birth process. We’re also here to assist in postpartum recovery and strength, improving diastasis recti, pelvic floor dysfunction, overall posture, and getting all mothers back to their athletic endeavors. We’re also happy to have you bring your little one with you for the initial postpartum private sessions (sorry we cannot for classes at the moment).
