Our Pre & Postpartum program is designed to support you through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery with intelligent, individualized movement coaching.
We work with athletes and everyday movers to help you stay strong, supported, and confident throughout your journey.
During pregnancy
Our goal is to help you move well, feel strong, and support your changing body.
Training focuses on:
Reducing low back discomfort and pelvic tension
Supporting postural changes and stability
Building functional strength for labor and delivery
Maintaining safe, confident movement throughout pregnancy
Adapting training as your body changes
Every session is tailored to how you’re feeling that day—no two pregnancies are the same, and your training shouldn’t be either.
Postpartum recovery
We support you in rebuilding strength and reconnecting with your core after birth.
Training may include:
Core and deep abdominal reconnection (including diastasis recti recovery)
Pelvic floor awareness and functional strength
Postural realignment and upper body strength (especially for carrying and feeding)
Gradual return to running, Pilates, and athletic activity
Rebuilding confidence in your body over time
Our goal is helping you feel strong and capable in your body again.
How to train during pregnancy & postpartum
You can participate in:
Private Training (recommended)
One-on-one sessions tailored specifically to your stage, symptoms, and goals.
Small Group Classes (when appropriate)
Bringing your baby
You are welcome to bring your baby to private training sessions in the early postpartum period.
At this time, babies are not able to attend group classes, but we are happy to support flexible scheduling whenever possible.
