Every coach at The Town Athletics is highly trained, experienced, and committed to delivering intelligent, individualized coaching that supports your goals whether that’s performance, recovery, or long-term health.

While each coach brings a unique background and specialty, all coaching at The Town Athletics is grounded in the same training system and quality standards.

Caitlin and Tinu, as co-founders, oversee the coaching system and select instructors who align with our methodology to ensure consistency and excellence across all sessions.


Caitlin Robinson, Co-Founder

Caitlin is a runner, Pilates instructor, and doula with a focus on endurance training, women’s health, and injury rehabilitation.

She has competed in the U.S. Olympic Marathon Trials (2012, 2016, 2020) and represented the United States at three ultramarathon world championships, racing internationally across Europe and the Middle East. One of her proudest achievements is winning the 2016 USATF Trail 50K Championships.

With over 20 years of coaching experience, she works with athletes of all levels from beginners to elite runners, supporting performance, resilience, and long-term athletic health.

As a doula and pre/postnatal specialist, Caitlin is passionate about pelvic floor health, diastasis recti recovery, and helping women return to running safely and confidently after pregnancy.

Tinu Mishra, Co-Founder

Tinu is a certified track and field coach with almost two decades of experience working with athletes across all levels and sports.

His background includes coaching sprinting, hurdles, jumps, and middle-to-long distance events, as well as training athletes in sports including basketball, football, volleyball, surfing, skiing, and more.

He holds advanced certifications from USATF and has trained at elite facilities including the Olympic Training Center in Chula Vista and IMG Academy.

Tinu’s coaching focuses on developing speed, power, and athletic potential through structured, progressive training systems tailored to each athlete.


Adelle Hintz, Instructor

Adelle’s background spans massage therapy, martial arts, endurance sport, and strength training. Her approach blends hands-on bodywork experience with movement coaching to support both recovery and performance.

After years as an endurance athlete and cyclist, she turned to Pilates as a tool for injury prevention and balance, which ultimately led her into teaching.

She is passionate about helping clients reconnect with their bodies through intelligent, supportive training and building long-term resilience.


Paula Keebler, Instructor

Paula brings a unique blend of public health expertise, coaching certification, and movement training to her work.

With a master’s degree in public health and national board certification in health and wellness coaching, she is deeply focused on the role of movement in long-term health, injury prevention, and quality of life.

She is especially passionate about supporting athletes and families, including youth athletes and clients with physical differences or rehabilitation needs.


Katie Lauter, Instructor

Katie brings high energy, encouragement, and consistency to her coaching. With a background in spin, core training, Pilates, and personal training, she focuses on helping clients build strength and confidence through progressive, supportive coaching.

Her classes are known for being challenging, positive, and accessible and great whether you’re new to movement or an experienced athlete.

Outside the studio, she enjoys running, crocheting, and experimenting in the kitchen.


Neha Sheth-LeBlanc, Instructor

Neha is a yoga instructor and occupational therapy-trained movement specialist with a focus on helping clients improve function, mobility, and comfort in their bodies.

Since 2008, she has specialized in adaptive, therapeutic yoga and individualized movement practices that support injury recovery, disability, and long-term physical health.

Her approach emphasizes accessibility, breath, and functional movement over aesthetic performance, helping students feel more at ease and capable in their bodies.
