Pilates & Strength
Personal Training
With one-on-one training your workouts will be catered to you. If you have particular injuries and/or just enjoy solo training, this is ideal for you. We recommend starting with this training so our coaches can find the right class for you.
Semi-Private Training
If you have a friend or two this is a fun way to train. You’ll still get personalized training from our coaches, but you will have the commodore of your fellow friends to excel your goals.
Group Classes
All our equipment based classes are limited to 5 people per coach and our mat classes to 10 per coach. We believe in the quality of instruction with the enjoyment of group energy. Mix and match strength and Pilates to gain the most for your body and mind.
Specialties
Our coaches bring in a variety of backgrounds, skill, and fun. Some of our specialities include: sports specific training, pre/post natal care, diastasis recti repair, youth sports development, 50+ strength training, hip/knee/back/neck/shoulder injuries and rehab.
Running
Personal Coaching
These sessions are highly specific to the individual being coached. The coaches spend time developing strong running mechanics and focus on your athletic goals.
Small Group Coaching
We offer small group coaching for friends, co-workers, and companies. These sessions provide workouts for the group, but with some individual guidance. It’s ideal to have a similar training goal and we require a 3 person minimum.
Group Track Workouts
We offer group track workouts 2 x per week. These are fun, challenging, and they will improve your endurance and speed.
Training Plans
We offer monthly training plans to get you to your next race and goal. We highly recommend coming to our weekly track and group classes if opting for this as we can adjust your form, keep you healthy, and build a stronger athlete/coach relationship.
