Pilates & Strength Training
Movement that builds strength, control, and confidence.
At The Town Athletics, Pilates and strength training work together. We use Pilates-based movement principles to build awareness, alignment, and control, then layer in progressive strength training to develop power, resilience, and long-term durability.
Whether you’re new to exercise, returning after injury, training for performance, or simply looking to feel stronger in your body, we tailor every session to your needs.
