Movement Assessment
Not sure where to start? Our Movement Assessment is the perfect first step.
This 60-minute one-on-one session is designed to help us understand how you move, not just how you exercise. We'll discuss your goals, injury history, movement experience, and any aches or limitations you're experiencing. Through a series of simple movement assessments, we'll evaluate mobility, stability, strength, balance, and movement patterns.
Based on what we learn, we'll create personalized recommendations to help you reach your goals—whether that's reducing pain, building strength, improving athletic performance, preparing for pregnancy or postpartum recovery, or simply moving with more confidence in everyday life.
At the end of your assessment, we'll recommend the best path forward, which may include private training, duet sessions, small group classes, or a personalized combination of services.
Whether you're brand new to exercise or an experienced athlete, this session gives you a clear starting point and a plan designed specifically for you.
New Client Starter Pack

If you’re new to the studio—or returning after time away—this is the best way to begin. The New Client Starter Pack is designed to help us understand how you move, clarify your goals, and build a personalized plan so you can train with confidence from day one.
Your experience begins with a one-on-one Movement Assessment, where we look at your mobility, strength, stability, and movement patterns, along with your training history and any injuries or limitations. From there, we create a tailored roadmap for your body and your goals.
You’ll then continue with two private training sessions to begin building strength, improving movement quality, and learning how to apply what we’ve discovered in your assessment. You’ll also experience one group class so you can get a feel for the studio environment and different class formats.
By the end of your Starter Pack, you’ll have a clear understanding of how your body moves, what will support you most, and the best path forward—whether that’s private training, duets, group classes, or a combination.
