The Town Athletics believes everyone is an athlete. We bring out athletic movements to improve strength, agility, and performance in sports and life.

The Town Athletics provides sports specific training on the track and in our Pilates and strength studio on Piedmont Avenue.



We offer individual, small group, and larger group coaching. We can help you prepare for a race with a training plan (look into our membership options), work on your running mechanics, and/or provide a fun environment to get through a tough track workout. We specialize in running: Ultra-Marathon, Marathon, 1/2 marathon, 10K, 5K, 1500-1600m, 800m, 400m, 200m, 100m, Combined Events, and Spartan/Obstacle Course Races.

We also offer sport specific training for soccer, football, basketball, hockey, baseball, lacrosse, and tennis.



The Town Pilates is rooted in body awareness. By understanding how the body aligns and moves individuals can heal from injuries, recover from childbirth, improve their athletic endeavors, or just find joy in movement. We use Pilates as the foundation to all our classes and personal training sessions. Our Pilates instructors specialize in the following: Athletic Rehab, Sports Performance, Pregnancy, Diastasis Recti, Postpartum Health, Alignment, Postural Awareness, Injury prevention, and Rehab.


Strength Training

Strength for All! Get Strong and fit with sport specific training at The Town Athletics. Want to train for power, we do that, want to train for endurance, we do that too. Our trainers are certified in strength training and sport specific performance.
