Personal Attention – With only a handful of participants in each pilates class or small group coaching session, instructors have the time to give individualized instruction and training.
Economical – Personal training provides the greatest opportunity for one-on-one attention, development, and success. However, group sessions are a bit easier on the budget and still give individuals personal attention to reach their goals.
Variety – is key to each workout. We will make sure you are challenged with new exercises, various distances, and speeds each time you join us. We promise the last thing you'll be is board.

Because of the small size of the classes and group coaching sessions, participants and trainers get to know one another and are able to provide the support each person needs. Small group training sessions give you the space to ask more questions, be heard, and leave each workout confident that you are working towards your goals.
